Stryker Corporation seeks Senior Analyst in Portage, MI to provide system expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for company systems. Partner with technical leads, subject matter experts, and business process owners in conducting data analysis to ensure accurate documentation of business requirements and functional designs to align with defined return on investments (ROIs) and success criteria. Identify and implement systems and process improvements that improve overall performance and technical efficiencies. Coordinate testing and delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects. Utilize proficiency in technical solutions and provide escalated support when needed. Utilize in-depth understanding of business processes and operational procedures within the commercial business to assist in decision making and process improvement objectives. Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures. Ensure the quality and data integrity of operational CRM systems. Lead and participate in applicable governance councils. Participate in divisional and global CRM launches on the shared platform. Drive collaboration with IT counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents and provide timely and accurate delivery of solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area. Maintain records as appropriate and in accordance with company requirements. Position allows 2 days of remote work per week.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation working with customer relationship management systems, including debugging and analyzing the ways in which the customer utilizes the tools. The position requires demonstrated expertise with the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): using Oracle CPQ features including advanced navigation and issue debugging; coding in JavaScript or BML/BMQL; working within the Configuration, Commerce, and the Doc Engine objects; testing phases and regression; interpreting customer use of CPQ and train on that use.
