GENERAL PURPOSE
Operate pasteurizer to ensure product is pasteurized and safe at or
above production and quality standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Obtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and
processed product
Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as
needed
Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct
batches
Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced.
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management
immediately
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all
state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner
consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and
sanitation requirements
