Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare industry for a Data Entry Clerk. Based in Portland, Maine, you will be part of a team that performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support our office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Scan documents and update electronic billing information.
• Handle filing duties and prepare routine correspondence.
• Use strong communication and organizational skills to effectively multi-task.
• Resolve any administrative issues that may arise in a timely manner
Requirements
• Candidate must possess demonstrable skills in Data Entry
• Prior experience in Document Scanning is necessary
• A strong understanding of the Healthcare industry is essential
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus.
