You help implement the operational excellence program (IL6S) in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement project Co-Leading the AM Pillar . You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency while you are implementing the TPM ( IL6S) Methodology with AM Pillar in the center.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets

  • Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements

  • Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes

  • Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

What you will bring

  • Experience implementing CI processes (e.g. TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills

  • Experience in change management processes

  • Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity

  • Experience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager

  • CI and high-performance work systems experience

  • Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment

  • Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems

  • Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools

  • Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process

  • Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years Production experience with strong preference for demonstrated AM Pillar Lead expertise

  • World class manufacturing, operational excellence experience

  • Planning and Organizing activities experience

Work schedule: Must be flexible due to business need

Job specific requirements:

  • Participate in the IL6S Governance, contributing to the development, deployment, and execution of the AM strategic plan across the site.

  • Co-Lead the AM Pillar, and assessment of IL6S System ensuring the deployment and execution of the global AM Strategic Plan and compliance with company pillar standards.

  • Develop, certify, and maintain capability of core team member in AM methodologies, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies, tools and techniques, validating outcome benefits, supporting the creation of new standards, and qualify members into new standard work processes.

  • Assess the maturity level of AM against internal standards and policies, and internal clients’ expectations, proposing improvement plans based on identified opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Progressive Maintenance Pillar Lead to restore equipment across the site to optimal condition, ensuring improved production line performance and enhanced asset reliability.

  • Develop and refine technical work process standards, methods, and policies for IL6S and AM Pillar, customizing them for implementation on production lines to enhance overall performance, reliability, and cost optimization.

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
