Boys & Girls Aid is looking to hire a full-time Family Permanency Coordinator. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAMILY PERMANENCY COORDINATOR As a Family Permanency Coordinator, you will provide supervision and oversight to the Family Permanency Services department, particularly the Family Engagement Program. This position requires an effective communicator who can serve internal and external customers in a timely and tactful manner while handling multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of performed work. You will conduct the full range of supervisory responsibilities as well as provide guidance, support, and training to Family Engagement Specialists. You will implement, monitor, and maintain systems to ensure congruent and high-quality services to the team. You will manage data quality in ETO and address any issues. You will partner with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), access records and conduct thorough reviews of the child\'s ODHS case record to identify relatives, prior foster parents, or others who have been significant in a child\'s life and may be able to offer the child a permanent home. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FAMILY PERMANENCY COORDINATOR Master\'s degree with one year of service, OR a bachelor\'s degree in relevant field, plus 2 years of relevant experience in social work, counseling or psychology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
