We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who are ready to create memorable moments as a Banquet Supervisor.
JOB SUMMARY
The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Catering Department. A Banquet Supervisor must be organized, have strong leadership skills and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. A Banquet Supervisor is familiar with all food and beverage products available on the menu as well as the standard Catering setup. The Banquet Supervisor will assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory. Experience in fine dining or a high-volume catering environment required. Previous supervisory experience in high-end food & beverage environment preferred. The Banquet Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work evening and weekend events as scheduled per business need.
WORK SCHEDULE
We are an event-driven environment; applicants must have the ability to work evenings and weekends. We schedule team members in relation to events booked at the Rose Quarter facilities and property, in both the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
