Role Overview:

Collaborate closely with business leaders and IT management to provide strategic guidance across various aspects of the organization's IT function, including infrastructure, applications, security, data, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit complex business requirements using various methods, ensuring alignment with user roles and goals.

  • Conceptualize digital strategy and business change projects, ensuring successful digital innovation engagements.

  • Guide the execution of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.

  • Provide authoritative advice to senior managers, facilitating the implementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives.

  • Explore and understand external developments, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

  • Communicate actions needed to implement the function's strategy, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

  • Collaborate on tracking budgets and reporting variances to senior colleagues.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Over 10 to 15 years of experience providing expert competence.

  • Knowledge of IT Procurement Technology and Automation (SAP/Ivalua/Coupa and or Ariba) and proficiency in Data-driven Decision Making.

  • Understanding of Risk Management in Procurement and compliance with Automotive Regulations.

  • Expertise in Procurement strategy, cost optimization, and Value Engineering.

  • Strong Negotiation and Change Management skills.

  • Education: Master's Degree or Equivalent Level.

  • Preferred: German or French language skills.
