Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant coordinates the operational and systems infrastructure of a major operating unit of the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist CEO with day-to-day functions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales and implementation teams
  • Communicate and interface with clients
  • Provide solutions to problems which may crop up
  • Participate in and coordinate the design and implementation of data collection and analysis systems for the unit including computer, and/or network systems, applications programs, and administrative procedures
  • Reviewing and interpreting KPIs and operating information as appropriate.
  • Represent the organization if called upon at various community meetings; promoting existing and new programs and/or policies
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of additional work experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed on the job description
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
