Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. If you excel at organizing schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient service delivery, we invite you to apply for this key position. As a Scheduling Coordinator for our Home Service Company, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the scheduling process for service technicians. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless coordination between clients and our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians based on client requests and service requirements.

  • Optimize schedules for efficiency, considering geographic locations and service priorities.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide service details, and address any scheduling-related inquiries.

  • Manage incoming calls and emails related to scheduling and appointments.

Dispatch Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient allocation of resources.

  • Monitor real-time updates on technician locations and job progress.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments, service requests, and client information.

  • Utilize scheduling software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address scheduling conflicts, delays, or changes promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the service team to find solutions to unexpected challenges.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a scheduling coordinator or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in scheduling for a home service company is advantageous.
