Infrastructure Engineer (m/f)
Your Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software voice issues with Avaya and MS Teams end points
Setup, Modify or Remove desk phones, soft phones, numbers and users using Avaya and Microsoft Teams
Setup, Modify or Remove voicemail using Exchange/Azure Admin Center or Cisco Unity
Monitor ServiceNow for new tickets and manage the current ticket status
Provide support hours for multiple countries and on-call during Holidays (typically are working days in other European Countries)
Assist Enterprise Voice Team on deployments as needed
Provide training to end users
Inventory Management - ensure assets are properly updated using HP Asset Manager
Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles
What Skills You Need:
Advanced English language; German language skills (Plus)
Experience with Avaya Communication Manager, Gateways and IP DECTs. Using and troubleshooting (stations, VDNs, vectors, hunt groups, ARS and AAR tables, route patterns).
Experience on the following voice technologies: SIP Trunks, Ribbon Session Boarder Controllers (5400 & 2000 models), PSX.
Administer soft phones (Avaya, Microsoft Teams Calling)
