What You Will Do
The Buyer, Ground Transportation & Warehousing will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Logistics Procurement team in managing the execution of the Global category strategies for the spend of Consumer Health. This individual will monitor, analyze and report on the organization’s activities and ability to deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Procurement & Deliver Leadership in the definition of the Sourcing Strategy and Sourcing Plan.
Manage supplier relationships, communicate necessary changes to strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, supplier contract negotiations and monitor supplier performance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance to financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments.
Assist in the execution of Global category strategies to include regional sourcing strategy execution, RFx management, participating or leading negotiations, contract implementation, inflation mitigation and performance against established targets.
Assist with supplier relationship management with strategic suppliers, including data review and analysis, performance management, and improvement of end-to-end value.

Required Qualifications
4 Years relevant experiences, broad-based understanding of core Procurement areas of focus regarding Supplier Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information
Outstanding analytical, decision making & problem-solving skills.
Be autonomous (Autonomous in the preparation of analytics & business cases)
Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives.
Demonstrated value-based behavior.
Able to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary.
English language
Advanced user of Excel and Power Point
Technical education
