As part of our analytics team, we are looking for a data enthusiast that shares our excitement to analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

  • You will be responsible for the technical implementation of challenging international projects in the field of our cloud-based analytics and survey platform.

  • You will create dashboards and advise diverse stakeholders to find answers to their business questions by utilizing the latest technologies.

  • You will work with large volumes of data in relational databases, create custom analyses, and optimize SQL queries.

  • You will design and implement automated data flows ( ETL/ELT ) and perform extensive data migrations.

  • You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project planning and proactively engage with all stakeholders.

  • Together with our development team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and processes.

Your profile - solid and ready for the future

  • A strong foundation in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is required.

  • Proficiency in working with data visualization tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or Dundas BI is necessary.

  • Proficiency in working with relational databases , including MySQL , is a mandatory requirement.

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modelling is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with data processing tools like Airflow and SSIS is considered an asset.

  • Knowledge of Python programming is a definite advantage.

  • Fluent proficiency in the English language is a necessary skill to complete your profile.
