As part of our analytics team, we are looking for a data enthusiast that shares our excitement to analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

You will be responsible for the technical implementation of challenging international projects in the field of our cloud-based analytics and survey platform.
You will create dashboards and advise diverse stakeholders to find answers to their business questions by utilizing the latest technologies.
You will work with large volumes of data in relational databases, create custom analyses, and optimize SQL queries.
You will design and implement automated data flows ( ETL/ELT ) and perform extensive data migrations.
You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project planning and proactively engage with all stakeholders.
Together with our development team, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and processes.
Your profile - solid and ready for the future
A strong foundation in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is required.
Proficiency in working with data visualization tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or Dundas BI is necessary.
Proficiency in working with relational databases , including MySQL , is a mandatory requirement.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modelling is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data processing tools like Airflow and SSIS is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Python programming is a definite advantage.
Fluent proficiency in the English language is a necessary skill to complete your profile.
