  • Clarification of the mechanical interface, specification creation, and technical assessment of the power unit (engine, gearbox, clutch)

  • Close collaboration in power unit development, from concept assembly to vehicle operation with passengers

  • Responsibility for "Quality gates" and ensuring that proposed solutions align with requirements

  • Calculation of gearbox power losses for power unit efficiency optimization

  • Incorporation of functional and developmental principles into the design process

  • Close collaboration with internal and external partners in interface resolution and within-system designs

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical field, preferably mechanical engineering

  • Experience in specifying system solutions, ideally in the field of rail vehicles

  • Proficiency in English for daily communication with international teams

  • Open opportunities in expert and management career growth

  • A joining bonus of CZK 50,000

  • Up to 33 days of paid leave

  • Organize your working hours to suit you (you should always be at your desk between 10 am and 2 pm)

  • The possibility to work from home for a better work-life balance

  • A company kindergarten near the workplace (in Prague and Ostrava)

  • A personal annual budget of CZK 24,000 or 48,000 (depending on seniority), which can be used for various leisure activities in our cafeteria
