What You Will Do:
As the EMEA Distribution Operations Performance Manager you will support the distribution performance improvement across EMEA to enhance Service to customer, while ensuring Cost Efficiencies. You will support regionally the deployment of operational standards, streamlining processes to drive continuous improvement in Kenvue logistics operation also you will ensure cost efficiency in Deliver Operations with high standard in service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate roadmap development and related execution identifying gaps to improve efficiency and define how to address the solutions
Perform Network study to support business evolution and cost efficiency
Define processes and standards to harmonize and make the Deliver organization more efficient
Accelerate on Visibility data management to provide insight to regional stakeholders to drive business decisions
Support Contract logistics management in a close cooperation with Procurement
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years in relevant leadership roles
Experience working in a global/ regional function and matrix environment (ideally with FMCG background)
Experience in Transportation and Warehousing
Project management skills
A track record of successful use of optimization and problem-solving tools, like Lean, six sigma, DMAIC, waste elimination, automation, network re-design
Strong analytics and process mapping/review
Communication and influence prowess
Fluent English
Desired Qualifications
E2E Supply Chain knowledge
Experience in 3PL operations management
Experience with leadership
