The Manager Facilities Management for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for EHS and managing our Prague facility.
This position is part of the leadership team of Immunotech located in Prague and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the local leadership team and report to the Director Production Operations responsible for EHS and facility management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Responsibility for the OH&S system and reporting on its performance means that the above-named is responsible maintenance of the OH&S management system at Immunotech s.r.o. in accordance with ISO 45001.
Responsibility for the management of the company's production and non-production premises (facility management) carried out through the landlord's employees and their coordination. He fully represents Immunotech in relation to the lessor.
Responsible for the EHS process (including corporate and external audits) and manages external contractors in this area.
Responsible for leading the validation activities and for leading the workgroup performing repairs and maintenance of equipment.
Participates in the waste management process.
Participates in ensuring legal requirements in the management of hazardous substances for products supplied by the company and materials used in the company.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience with the quality management systems
Knowledge of metrology problematic
Knowledge of EHS issues and environmental legislation
Fluent Czech or Slovak speaker
Fluent in English
University degree (science or technical major)
Experience on similar position in manufacturing company
Demonstrated people leadership experience
