Are you an Office Manager who is looking for a part time opportunity in an international company, offering flexible working hours in Prague 4?

Your role in our future

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments, including Finance and HR. This role is vital for maintaining a productive and efficient work environment:

  • You will have full responsibility for office aanagement and administration of our Prague office, including travel Coordination using Egencia (our travel platform)

  • You will be the key point of contact, communicating with the landlord, and managing postal services, couriers and reception and you'll be responsible for compliance and audits:

  • You will be the key contact for Service Providers and Event Organization:

  • You will also provide adhoc support to other departments:

Your profile

  • You have proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

  • You can demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • You posses strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Czech and English

  • You are proficient in using office software.

  • You can demonstrate your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
