What You Will Do
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the assigned external manufacturing portfolio, incl. performance management, master data management, order management, etc.
Preparation and lead of monthly RCCP/S&OP meetings with EM plants
Leading weekly operational STEM meetings with EM plants
Active participation in the External Manufacturing Unit cross-functional team
Execution of stock holding policy (safety stock, tactical build, etc.) and monitoring of the adherence for the assigned portfolio
Building and maintaining a net supply plan on weekly/monthly basis considering the capacity situation at the EM plants and demand variations in the markets
Supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs) & Product Changeovers projects to ensure on time supply availability for launch while maintaining optimal inventory levels
Leading and/or contributing to continuous improvements projects
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Supply) and ideally in another related Supply Chain field such as Procurement, Manufacturing or Logistics. Plant planning experience is a plus
Broad-based understanding of business operations, with particular focus on external manufacturing planning and execution and overall E2E supply chain dynamics
Planning experience and knowledge of Kenvue planning systems (SAP, OMP, SNC) is highly desired, strong Excel capabilities are required
Analytical mindset, sound judgment and decision making, problem solver
Strong verbal and written communication skill
Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives
Fluent level of written and spoken English
Travel: up to 10% domestically and internationally
