Telespazio Belgium Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety Support Engineer in Prague, Czech Republic

Currently, we are looking for highly enthusiastic Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety Support Engineers who will work in the Czech Republic, in Prague.

What is expected from you:

  • General Support to RAMS management -The task consists of the following activities:

  • Contribute towards the definition, implementation and follow-up of dependability, reliability and availability programme, including the exploitation of RAMS models with ILS data and RAMS baseline maintenance;

  • Contribute to milestone reviews as expert reviewer of RAMS analysis (e.g. FMECA, FTA, Common Mode and Common cause) in the frame of Service, System and Operations Project and Certification milestones.

  • In support of Integrated Logistics Support for spare stock dimensioning, exploit as operated data to develop as-operated dependability, obsolescence, maintainability analyses and reports.

  • Contribute to the provision and follow-up of software product assurance activities artefacts in particular in support to the Safety and Certification.

  • Support the definition and implementation of Product Assurance and Safety baseline based on the tailoring of the applicable requirements and standards;

  • Provide RAMS support to Risk Assessments Process. Maintain and keep under configuration control the EUSPA Critical Item List

  • Follow up certification audits findings until their closure.

  • Safety engineering support to Safety of Life certification -The task consists of the following activities:

  • Monitor and control system certification related activities in support of the European space programme Service Providers.

  • Ensure the continued compliance of the EUSPA Safety-of-Life (SoL) services provision to the established certification regulatory requirements

  • Elaborate and maintain certification requirements applicable to the service and system evolutions, and verifying their implementation within the system design, development and operations/service provision phases

  • Maintain the current aviation certification framework for the delivery of the SoL services and developing new frameworks (i.e. Rail, Maritime, Drones etc.) where necessary for other users

  • Liaise with the stakeholders contributing to provision of the SoL Services (in particular the EGNOS service provider, EASA, ESA, EC)

  • Support the safety manager for any topics related to the continued safety of the services wherever applicable (e.g. chairing of the Quarterly Safety Meetings, Support of System Reviews, Safety Assessment during Non-Conformance Boards).

  • Maintain the documentation library constituting the Design Safety Cases VIII. Support the development and maintenance of the EGNOS demonstration of compliance to the Single European Sky regulated activities for approved Design and Production Organisations
