| emotional support, supervising | |
| community outings, and supporting | |
| treatment plans in partnership | |
| with clinical staff to enhance | |
| the quality of life for those we | |

| Requirements: | |

| - High School Diploma or | |
| equivalent required | |
| - Must be able to obtain MS CDL | |
| Class C Driver's License | |
| within 60 days of hire | |
| - Valid Mississippi Driver's | |
| License with satisfactory | |
| driving record (no movin | |
| violations within 3 years) | |
| - Will pass CPR, MANDT, and | |
| other required testing | |
| - Experience working with the | |
| IDD population preferred | |
| - Experience assisting others | |
| with ADLs preferred | |

| Responsibilities: | |

| - Act as models for appropriate | |
| behavior. | |
| - May provide transportation to | |
| and from facilities and to | |
| and from activities in the | |
| community. | |
| - Performs other work-oriented | |
| tasks as assigned by | |
| supervisor. | |
| - Responsible for training | |
| participants in skills and | |
| conduct daily activities, | |
| training, and documentation | |
| for IDD day programs. | |
| - Will eat lunch on site with | |
| participants and take breaks | |
| on site. | |
| - Will remain on site for | |
| entire workday, except as | |
| authorized by supervisor. | |
| - Demonstrates the importance | |
| of community involvement, | |
| social interactions, and | |
| maintaining relationships. | |
| - Assists with job | |
| exploration, application, | |
| trains individuals on job | |
| specific duties, and enhances | |
| natural supports in work | |
| environment to facilitate | |
| individual's independence in | |
| the work place. | |
