Job Description:\
As a Cook at State 48 BBQ, you will be responsible for preparing and
cooking delicious barbecue dishes\
according to our recipes and standards. You will work collaboratively
with the kitchen team to ensure\
efficient operations and exceptional food quality.
Key Responsibilities:\
1. Prepare and cook meats, sides, and other menu items according to
established recipes and\
procedures.\
2. Monitor food temperatures, quality, and presentation to ensure
consistency and freshness.\
3. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, smokers, fryers, and ovens
safely and efficiently.\
4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including
equipment, workstations, and storage\
areas.\
5. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and
rotating food supplies.\
6. Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders and ensure timely
preparation and delivery of\
food.\
7. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and
hygienic kitchen environment.\
8. Adhere to portion control and food cost management practices.
