In this job, you will:
- Develop and implement strategy to forecast, budget, and maximize
profits for the assigned group.
- Manage risk by ensuring adequate controls are in place for A/R,
origination and trading positions, legal, corporate policy, and
regulatory and compliance matters.
- Lead, direct, and communicate companys safety program to staff, and
when applicable contractors and customers.
- Manage the acquisition, protection and maintenance of the assigned
groups physical and financial assets; operate such assets in a
manner to maximize income potential while meeting stakeholders
(shareholders, employees, community) needs.
- Develop, communicate, and manage individual staff performance
expectations that align with company goals.
- Develop new and expand upon existing relationships to increase group
revenue and acquisition opportunities.
- Lead by example to reinforce exceptional customer service in all
areas; including speed of product intake process, accurate product
weights and grades, timely and accurate settlements, dissemination
of pertinent market information and personal contact.
- Oversee staffing activities (hiring, training, employee performance
management, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, etc.).
- Ensure staff and facilities are compliant with all applicable state
and federal regulations; take appropriate actions to correct/report
incidents/findings where applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
