Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s IT Service Delivery and Relationship Management Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Manufacturing Business Process Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure alignment of business processes across teams, working with each team to build effective business processes, translating requirements into solutions, and supporting the successful implementation of systems and improvements.

Reporting to the Shop Engagement Manager the person in this role will support the IT Service Delivery and Relationship Management department's objective to equip manufacturing teams with the resources needed to confidently develop and deploy digital solutions on the shop floor.

What you’ll be doing

  • Facilitate skill development workshops and hands-on training sessions on business process mapping, project management principles, and design techniques.

  • Lead the mapping, documentation, and optimization of business processes across manufacturing shops, ensuring alignment, standardization, and clarity across teams

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements to develop and implement digital solutions.

  • Support the deployment of new systems and processes, including testing, training, and ensuring successful adoption.

  • Track KPIs and maintain Obeya boards and app catalog, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve program alignment and transparency.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or a related field; Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Knowledge of business change management principles and strategies for driving the adoption of new technologies.

  • Ability to develop and maintain clear documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive consensus between groups.

  • Proven experience in understanding and analyzing manufacturing processes, with a strong ability to map business process flows, gather requirements, and optimize workflows

  • Skilled in translating business needs into actionable, detailed technical specifications.

  • Experience working with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop digital solutions.

Added bonus if you have

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in training development.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration, including configuration, permissions, and content management.
