Duties: On behalf of a global food specialties manufacturing company: Act as direct point of contact for the North America Regional Sales Organization with respect to reports in Business Warehouse, Power BI and Microsoft CRM. Develop analytics, strategies and business plans by analysing market data using Nielsen data and Power BI for all the market segments to support the unit's sales activities. Perform in-depth analysis and visualize data to create dashboards to achieve meaningful information for sound business decision-making. Translate information to relevant and applicable insights and facilitate decision making process. Owner of Opportunity Management dashboard and track reasons for Wins and Losses which lead towards continuous process improvement and risk management by making a connect with the underlying market dynamics. Create and review regional sales forecast using different forecasting techniques & data validation and flag discrepancies & order patterns to salesforce to enable a smooth and accurate forecast to plan for growth. Work with Demand Forecast Analysts in Europe to ensure cross regional alignment. Support the business & technical teams with expert guidance and consultancy in all matters relating to Business Intelligence, Analytics and reporting. Create, organize, administer and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Implement data governance and quality standards in Microsoft CRM and create reports using Power BI to determine and track all key performance indicators. Responsible for Quantifying various qualitative aspects of the organization. Use analytical insights to monitor, identify loopholes and optimize sample processes across all different Business Units. Work with cross functional teams and initiate requirement elicitation meetings with necessary stakeholders to gather business requirements to improve IT processes. Work in a high performing transformational team to shape next generation data and BI platforms.
Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Data Analysis, Business Analytics or related field and four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst or related occupation for a manufacturing company. At least four (4) years of experience must include: Power BI to perform Statistical analysis and Data visualization; Python and Power BI to perform in depth Analysis and Visualize Market trends and underlying Data and to quantify qualitative aspects of the Organization; Developing forecast and budget using regression analysis and scenario planning to set goals and objectives for the Sales Team; Designing relational data model and SQL coding for analysis and to answer strategic business questions; Designing and developing new Business models and modify current business driven by Data Analysis and Data interpretation; and Using Microsoft CRM to implement Data Governance Standards by creating policies and procedures that help to assess data quality and conduct regular reviews and reports to correct errors, duplicates or inconsistencies.
