Description
We are in search of a proficient Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the insurance industry. The position is based in Central, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, analyze and document requirements, and provide ongoing support for implemented systems.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect, scrutinize, and document requirements.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate intensely with development, QA, and IT teams to guarantee the successful execution of technology solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to spot trends and offer actionable insights.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure project alignment.
• Create and uphold project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and offer continuous support for systems in use.
• Use business analysis tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence effectively.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies in project management.
• Conduct business process modeling and data analysis.
• Leverage proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Understand and apply insurance processes, terminology, and regulations.
Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence is required.
• Demonstrable understanding and experience with business systems.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
• Proven ability to conduct gap analysis.
• Experience in AB Testing is critical.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is mandatory.
• Ability to perform backlog grooming tasks effectively.
• Profound understanding of business process functions.
