We're looking for a Multi-Systemic Clinician to join our Youth & Family
Services unit at 1012 W. Abriendo Avenue in Pueblo. You would be working in
homes, schools, and other community sites in and around Pueblo.
What You'd Be Doing
As a member of our team, you would receive training in the MST model, and
using the MST analytic process, you would provide assessments, analyses,
treatment recommendations, and interventions. You would use your therapy
skills to support and build families, primarily in the natural surroundings
of home and community. You would need excellent communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively within and across systems in the

Specifically, the MST Clinician:
Works with families in Pueblo.
Conducts MST assessment including reviewing referral information,
identifying and engaging key participants, and identifying systemic
strengths and weaknesses;
Develops an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological
context:
Engages primary caregivers and other key participants in active
change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to
engagement;
Implements problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention
implementation, case outcome review, and strategy revision procedures
using the MST analytic process;
Uses the nine MST principles and the MST analytic process in treatment;
Maintains clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that
facilitates peer and supervisory review and feedback;
Collaborates with all relevant systems and participants in the system; and
Participates in MST training, supervision, and consultation activities.

Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time
Requires occasional walking
Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
Requires working under stress in emergency situations
Requires occasional driving, at times in adverse weather conditions
Requires frequent use of a computer

What We're Looking For The Must-Haves
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field
Computer proficiency
Colorado driver's license and access to transportation during work hours
What We'd Like to See in You The Nice-to-Haves
Colorado professional license or license-eligible (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
One year mental health treatment experience with children/adolescents
Experience with theory and application of family systems, social
ecological, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and pragmatic family therapies
Experience applying child development research to treatment
Experience assessing social skills and developing effective interventions
Spanish language skills
