Designation : Assistant Manager Projects Sales

Qualification :-

BE or B.Tech Mechanical/Chemical preferred. Engineers from other streams can be considered if combined with relevant experience.

Experience :-

4-8 years of work experience in relevant industry

Job Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer/ Ass. Manager to implement and drive growth of Everest Blowers Pvt Ltd for Project Sales West Region by being based at Pune. This role will be responsible for increasing the Everest business in West region by growing the customer base and build positive relationships with existing clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

Roles :-

  1. Relevant experience in the Industrial products/Capital Equipment preferably from rotary Equipments.

  2. Strong knowledge about the Customer & Consultants spread in the territory.

  3. Good interpersonal, relationship building, presentation & communication skill

  4. Result oriented & self-driven.

  5. Proficient in MS Office : MS-Word , MS excel , PPT

  6. Integrity and Ownership mind-set

Responsibility:-

  • Covering the entire territory responsible for.

  • Support in increasing quality funnel for the territory.

  • Account business planning & execution using available CRM tools for customers of Everest Blowers Pvt. Ltd

  • Meticulous follow-ups with customers and internal teams apart from Consultants visits.

  • Supporting team in order closure.

  • Promptly reaching out for support for challenging situations.

  • Playing a vital role in territory's sales forecast and outcome.

  • Get information about competition initiatives and seek support from internal stake holders to counter competition

  • Adhering to organizational values at all times.
