Your Role and Responsibilities

Experienced to expert level experience in Oracle, Unix, Windows, Scripting, SQL, PLS/SQL, .Net, Hadoop.Expert with the basic concepts & performance tuning of various technology Implementation, maintenance, monitoring & debugging.Expert in problem identifications and resolutions.Working experience in Service Delivery Environment.Good Knowledge of Web development technologies Webservers / Weblogic / Tomca.Provide day to day operational and technical support for Telecom application..Acquire knowledge on company policies, procedure and essential job skills required to resolve routine tasks.Follow company standard practices and procedures in analyzing incidents/problems.Excellent verbal and written skills.Able to lead and work as part of a team.Able to influence and build relationships at all client and vendor team,Must demonstrate a strong customer focused attitude and understand the fundamentals of customer service.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Structured, disciplined approach to work, with attention to detail.Good inter-personal skills combined with willingness to listen.Ability to analyze requirements and problems and to propose innovative but workable solutions.Disciplined time management skills.Ability to multi-task and work on more than one initiative at a time.Flexible, able to meet changing requirements and priorities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

6-8 years of experience required in Oracle, Unix, Windows, Scripting, SQL, PLS/SQL, .Net, Hadoop. 4-6 year of client facing role. Strong knowledge in Siebel, Hadoop, Unix. Sound Knowledge in Telecom Lifecycle
