Job responsibilities;
The candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.
As a member of the UI team, you will
Drive independently the building of new features and UI initiatives and acts as a primary point of contact for the UI aspect of the product in that area
Develop code and UI components using best practices laid out by the organization
Implement the features based on the product requirements and UX designs
Ensure that the implemented components are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product What You Will Do
Build responsive, elegant and engaging experiences with future friendly web technologies
Work closely with designers, back-end developers and stakeholders to improve usability
Implement product features in a variety of applications including single page, web apps and browser extensions
Implement efficient and scalable design and code
Build, enhance and maintain web applications that support/allow different front-end frameworks to co-exist
What You Will Need
BE/BTech/MCA with 1-3 years of experience
Strong JavaScript skills with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (Reactjs / Angular)
Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON
Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze web applications using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
Expert knowledge of browser and device differences / limitations
Understanding of Accessibility, Internationalization (i18n) requirements for the website
Experience in REST API integration and debugging
Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology
Understanding of the Agile methodologies
Familiarity with the tools for version control (Git, BitBucket, SVN)
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Experience in building custom UI widgets (Good to have)
Knowledge of figma (Good to have)
