US Tech Solutions Privacy Risk Manager in Purchase, New York

Job Description:

The Privacy Operational Risk Manager (Temp) will report to the Bank’s Privacy Operational Risk Assistant Vice President (AVP) and will be based in Purchase or New York, New York.


  • Support the AVP by providing direct operational management of staff executing PII Processing Validations, including:

  • Producing, quality checking, and distributing production reporting

  • Coordinating and managing escalations

  • Providing updates to the AVP and team management on progress

  • Working directly with staff performing validations to address roadblocks, delays, etc.


  • BA/BS degree.

  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services industry.

  • Experience with conducting impactful reviews (audits, process evaluations, gap assessments, etc.) and managing through production delays

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently and effectively.

  • Attention to detail; strong analytical and investigative problem-solving abilities, with the ability to explain/support conclusions from data analysis.

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of writing documentation, explaining complex topics, and interacting positively with colleagues and external vendors.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical, quantitative, and investigative problem-solving abilities..

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
