Warren, Washington, & Albany Counties ARC Assistant Residential Manager in Queensbury, New York

Assistant Residential ManagerOne of our residential programs located in Queensbury, NY currently has a Full Time 40 hours Assistant Residential Manager (ARM) position available. The shift for this position is Saturday 9am-9pm, Wednesday 1pm-10pm, Thursday 11:30am-10pm (includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch) and Friday 1pm-10pm. This is an hourly non-exempt position. The rate of pay is $18.50 per hour. Should you be interested - overtime is available. The ARM will support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. The Assistant Residential Manager assists the Residential Manager to ensure the program is running safely and effectively. This can include but is not limited to assisting the people with getting ready for the day or going to bed, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community - and just plain have fun while making a difference! Our Assistant Residential Manager is required to be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in a Human Service-related field with 9 months of experience working with people who have Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities preferred. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion to ensure employee compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies and procedures and consumer total plans of care.What’s in it for You?
