R2Net - James Allen is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers and consumers. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Logistics Team as a Logistics Coordinator.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and tracking of transportation across R2Net – James Allen, proactively communicating shipment status to our business partners. You will work closely with our talented Customer service team and insurance providers to assist in customer claim inquires.

Responsibilities:

• Support the international movement of merchandise by ensuring compliance with the requirements of customs authorities and other agencies that regulate imports and exports

• Work closely with the fulfillment department, as well as with the supply chain and merchandising teams, to ensure seamless flow of merchandise throughout the supply chain.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing

• Assist in development and implementation of logistics process improvements

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound, domestic and international freight shipments

• Perform other Logistics or import/export duties as necessary.

• Work with customer service and insurance providers to file and manage claims for shipments that are damaged, lost or missing content during transit.

• Oversee and manage the inventory replenishment processes to several of our drop shippers and business partners around the nation.

• Perform investigations in response to US Customs inquiries (e.g. CF 28s)

• Act as the liaison to our shipping courier for all communications and updates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a logistics/ operations role

• Exceptionally detailed oriented while juggling multiple deadlines

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Aptitude to learn new processes and procedures

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Intermediate excel skills

  Base hourly pay $22.00 - $24.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
