Description
We are partnering with a Racine area client in the recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their team due to growth. This role is responsible for front office coordination at their corporate office. You will wear many hats including customer service, answering multi line phone system, calendar management, conference room and event coordination, assisting accounting department with data entry and ad hoc project assistance to leadership.
This a permanent placement opportunity offering full benefits package including generous PTO.
Requirements
• 2+ years in an administrative or customer service role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Capability to handle front office management duties
• Experience with answering multi-line phone system
• Experience in Invoice Entry tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
