The Technical Cost Specialist is responsible to define, calculate and upload Maintenance, Repair and Additional Coverage technical costs on current and new products, according to the policies and offers defined in the Strategic Business Plan of each Segment, ensuring the deliverables milestone in the GPD process. Responsibilities Define the Maintenance costs starting from the analysis of the Maintenance Plans, share the information with: Service Engineering to optimize the Maintenance Plan in terms of stops and cost and to identify new improvements; P&S (kits definition, price lists). Define the technical repair trends, starting from the product behavior statistics (out of the Standard Warranty), using the MERF and CORF reports and analysis: ACPU (Average Cost per Vehicle) and F100 (Failures x 100 vehicles). Collaborate with Reliability Engineering for creating a solid core knowledge and competence center (RAMS approach), identifying, and developing new methodologies within the process of technical cost definition for M&R and EW.
