Work you'll do
Implement and configure the Workday Finance Grants Management module to meet organizational needs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to grants management within Workday.
Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and process manuals.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize grants management processes within Workday.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and improve efficiency.
Generate and analyze reports related to grants management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Support internal and external audits related to grants management.

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Workday Financials, with a focus on grants management.
5+ years implementing and supporting the Workday Finance Grants Management module.
Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on work requirements and client industries/sectors served.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with other financial management systems.
Project management experience.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 to $198,375.
