Title: Healthcare Data Coordinator - Utilization Management

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Duration: 6+ Months

Job description:

Responsibilities:

· Process authorization requests promptly

· Verify eligibility and obtain additional information as needed

· Ensure provider calls are responded to accurately and promptly

· Maintain the highest level of customer service

· Support IEHP’s Quality Program goals

Qualifications:

Education & Requirements:

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a data entry specialist or coordinator

· Experience with Commercial Plan Coverage required

· Knowledge of ICD-9/10 and CPT codes

· Experience in Managed Care or a physician office

· Knowledge of Commercial Managed Care coverage

Key Skills:

· Skilled in computer applications, including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
