Aston Carter Scheduling Team Lead in Randallstown, Maryland


Our client is currently hiring for a Scheduling Team Lead in a healthcare/hospital setting. They will be leading reps, scheduling shifts, managing performance feedback, do QA with rep calls, help with on the floor coaching

SHIFT NEEDS-- 1 will work 2:30pm-11pm, and the other will be 10:30pm-7am

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

DO NOT need healthcare, open to anyone with strong call center training/supervisory/team lead/mgmt/clinic supervisor type experience, but healthcare/scheduling/registration is PREFERRED!

Must have at least 1+ years in a team lead or higher type role

Must have excellent phone skills and computer skills

Must have excellent customer service

Must be flexible with the shift
