- **Present a crisp and polished appearance that is reflective of IHG brand standards**
- **Demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business**

- **Be able to multi-task, talk, and listen simultaneously while guests are present**

****EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS****
- **Previous banquet or event management experience is ideal. However, training may be provided for outstanding candidates who lack previous professional experience.**
- **Ability to work a flexible schedule that fluctuates with hotel and client needs**
****PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS****
- **This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in/outdoors.**
- **To fully perform his/her duties, Banquet Staff will be required to lift, carry, walk, sit, bend, push, and pull.**
- **Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move continuously during work hours.**
- **Must be able to lift and/or carry 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
