Nestle Factory HR Executive (Training & HRIS) - Amata Factory in Rayong, Thailand

3+ years experience in HR. Preferred in Training

To organize, process, and responsible training & development programs to support the company's business needs

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • To support providing of internal, external and department specific trainings.

  • Manage budget details by tracking expenses to date, reporting and invoice/PO processing.

  • Coordinates all relevant training processes such as invitation, Rive-Reine enrollment etc.

  • Monitors training administration and booking process.

  • Co-ordinate internally with related training function concerns and externally with Labour Development Department regarding tax reimbursement

  • Update training calendar/schedule.

  • To maintain up to date documented procedures for your areas of HR/Admin responsibility.

  • Conduct regular internal audits of these procedures to ensure their ongoing validity & accuracy.

  • To provide general administration & HRIS support to the HR Manager.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources or relation

  • 3+ years experience in HR. Preferred in Training

  • Hands-on experience in SAP HR, other HR Info system.

  • Experience as trainer will be a plus.

  • English proficiency
