Job Summary : Applying Lean methodologies to help streamline processes and improve efficiency, cost, quality, and compliance in smart manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement Lean principles and continuous improvement.

  • Identify opportunities to improve/automate current processes and reduce waste.

  • Use data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of lean initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

  • Monitor the project progress and provide a report to facility management.

What You Have:

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

  • Good English capability in reading, listening and speaking are preferred.

  • Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

  • Could be able to select and utilize various tools, techniques and measurements associated with a lean assessment.

  • Required-The ability to use PowerBI or some other automotive tools to do data analysis, interpretation, or reading trends and to monitor daily operations in People, Quality, Velocity and Cost in a facility.

  • Be able to explain benchmarks and measures of effectiveness of lean.

  • Have experience in project management. It would be a plus if you had experience as a project leader and leading a team from different departments

  • The ability to advise others in analyzing and synthesizing relevant data and assessing alternatives to help make business decisions.

  • Have experience of monitoring problem resolutions and providing feedback to involved stakeholders.

  • The ability to stand by decisions in the face of conflict or unexpected outcome.

  • <10% oversea travel
