Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Thailand on a full-time basis, and reside in the Thailand.
We invite the experience personnel who has Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management experience into play as you manage the life cycle (proposal-initiation-execution/control-closeout) of environmental, industrial infrastructure, and process utility design / build construction projects.
Managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, resources, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
Participates in project scope development, estimating, proposal preparation, and client presentations
Reviews assigned project(s) to define project scope, establish work procedures / s sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, vendor lists, and progress billing points
Manage a project team to ensure project safety, scope, schedule, and budgets are being tracked and implemented per Ramboll and client standards
Manages design schedules and compliance of design efforts with established budgets, plans, specifications and Company standards of workmanship, quality and performance and with the terms and conditions of the contract
Routinely conducts field inspection of work in progress
Reviews and analyze the cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate job status and progress
Coordinates and monitor subcontractors work activities
Responsible for safe execution of the construction projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 15 years relevant experience managing manufacturing construction projects
Well versed and experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, etc. skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm
Comprehensive knowledge of project life-cycle delivery, i.e., proposal development, design, estimating, construction, commissioning / closeout, and a working knowledge of construction activities
