Description
We are offering a temporary employment opportunity in the recruitment industry. The position is based in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States, and we are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging job descriptions, reaching out to potential candidates through a variety of strategies, and managing the entire recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
• Create engaging and detailed job descriptions and specifications
• Reach out to potential candidates utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
• Carry out interviews and screening calls to evaluate the experience of potential candidates
• Collaborate with administrators to anticipate future recruitment requirements
• Build a robust network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and other sources to maintain a consistent flow of candidates
• Maintain legal compliance throughout the entire recruitment process
• Compile a list of candidates with experience in the field for hiring managers and aid in the interview process if necessary
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes to ensure new employees feel welcomed and oriented
• Regularly follow up with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment plans
• Stay informed about trends and innovative recruitment practices to maintain competitiveness in the market and provide guidance to the team.
Requirements
• Candidate must reside is Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone
• Must possess proficiency in Applicant Track System for streamlined recruitment process
• Requires adeptness in Sourcing, using various channels to search for potential candidates
• Experience in Conducting Phone Screens to efficiently assess candidate suitability
• Skills in Phone Screens are necessary for initial candidate assessment
• Must have knowledge in Full Cycle Recruiting, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Experience in Recruiting Activities, including interviewing and hiring, is required.
