A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Descrio da vaga

  • Gesto e controle do giro de estoque de materiais consignados;

  • Acompanhar o nvel de estoque, controle de entregas e reposio dos materiais conforme requerimentos aprovados para cada cliente;

  • Contagem mensal de materiais consignados em hospitais pr-determinados;

  • Segregao de materiais vencidos/prximos ao vencimento e com registros bloqueados, preenchimento de formulrio e solicitao de coleta, e acompanhamento at a retirada desses materiais do hospital;

  • Reporte e anlise de relatrio final de contagem e soluo de divergncias de estoque;

  • Capturar evidncia de uso de materiais junto ao hospital, identificao de fonte pagadora, preencher formulrio de registro de consumo de produto, enviar ao Customer Care e realizar acompanhamento;

  • Garantir as informaes de rastreabilidade e integridade dos produtos com base nos padres de Qualidade da Medtronic;

  • Garantir que toda documentao necessria para faturamento do procedimento foi capturada junto ao hospital;

  • Interao com o vendedor responsvel pelo hospital, e demais reas da companhia como Consignados, Portais, Logstica, Suporte a Cirurgia e Customer Care.

  • Qualificaes Externas Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Superior completo;

  • CNH B vlida e ativa;

  • Conhecimento de Excel;

  • Boa comunicao;

  • Planejamento e organizao;

  • Habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;

  • Perfil analtico.

Nice to Have

  • Experincia com OPME na rea da sade e hospitais, preferencialmente;

  • Desejvel conhecimento em sistema SAP
