Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer with a boutique Northern California firm. This person must hold an Active California bar license.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee civil litigation cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately
• Draft, review, and file legal motions and other court documents
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
• Utilize strong drafting skills to prepare legal documents, contracts, and other paperwork
• Leverage expertise in personal injury litigation to represent plaintiffs effectively
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and stay updated with current laws and rulings
• Provide legal advice to clients and make court appearances on their behalf
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction
• Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with clients and relevant legal entities
• Hold a valid attorney license in California and maintain good standing with the state bar.
Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law
• Proven experience in handling personal injury plaintiffs and personal injury litigation
• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents and motions
• Strong legal research skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software
• Willingness to stay updated with changes in law and legal practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
