Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team. This role will involve performing a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing business expenses, coordinating meetings and events, managing department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. The successful candidate will also manage procurement of goods and services, provide general office support, serve as the department/group contact, and complete special projects as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years experience in an administrative role

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at the company as an Administrative Assistant

  • Minimum 3+ years experience with Outlook Calendar support

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 46 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Redmond, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

Large, fast-paced professional office setting on the Redmond, WA campus. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite each week.
