Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr.

Duration: 11 Months
Summary:
The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
* Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
* File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
* Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
* Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Skills:
* Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
* Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* 2-4 years' experience required.
Candidate Requirements
* Years of Experience Required: 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management
* Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience
* Disqualifiers: N/A
* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:
* 1+ years' experience serving as mentor to others.
* 2+ years' experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
* Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on in alignment with Practices of Quality of Work and Meeting Deadlines
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
* 2+ years' experience serving as mentor to others.
* Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
* 3+ years' experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
