Position Title: Business Development Manager 3
Location: Remote, PST Hours
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 18 Months
Job Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $38 - $40/hr.

Job Description:
Assist the VP in day-to-day team management and oversee essential team activities.
Job Responsibilities:
* Needs and Priorities:
o Collaborate with the VP to understand their requirements and priorities.
* Hiring Process Support:
o Manage business needs related to hiring.
o Coordinate job descriptions (JDs) with admins.
o Assist recruiters by reviewing resumes and coordinating interviewers.
* Operational Support:
o Handle budget-related tasks for the team.
o Address offsite requirements.
* Team Engagement:
o Connect with the team to assess their needs.
o Bridge communication gaps between the team and the VP.
o Track progress of projects inside the team
* Admin and CoS Coordination:
o Work closely with the team's Admin and Chief of Staff (CoS).

* Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
* Ability to analyse business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
* 5-7 years' experience required.
