We are seeking a top performing Partner Sales Executive with digital advertising experience who can drive revenue, increase customer adoption and satisfaction with our search network by developing and cultivating strategic relationships and delivering valuable customized recommendations aligning to the client’s advertising
goals.
The Partner Sales Executive will act as the primary POC to empowers publishers across the globe with effective and innovative ways to monetize through search syndication, distribution, and chat ads offerings. The role will be part of our Global Search and Chat Ads Partnership team and will be strategically positioned to drive impact at scale balancing the needs of our users, advertisers, and supply partners. This role will act as the primary POC for their partners across functions, engaging in both strategic planning and execution level activities, ensure delivery against Microsoft’s obligations relative to supporting the partnership, and own the holistic rhythm of business (ROB), priority setting, joint business planning, and issue resolution and escalation. This role will champion and advance performance, syndication spend under influence, revenue growth and partner satisfaction in ways that are consistent with attractive advertiser experiences and marketplace principles. This role is critical to the long-term health of the covered partnerships and to our Search volume. This opportunity will allow you to learn the 3P search advertising space, hone your executive relationship building skills, and develop a strategic planning skillset.

Responsibilities
This role will be the central point-of-contact for the covered publisher partnerships, driving revenue accountability and growth planning, quality management, strategic account management services, business operations support, and balancing advocacy for the partners with Microsoft business priorities across Microsoft Advertising, Bing, Bing Ads, Finance and Business Development.
Reconciles partner reporting data, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and drives actionable outcomes from customer feedback surveys. Creates, negotiates and executes special sell-through promotions, and ensures that proof of execution and claims are provided in compliance with guidelines. Responds to feedback from audits and solves past financial reconciliation.
Drafts and shares reports, with guidance from other account managers, that include account updates and basic metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, yield, transaction size) to help evaluate revenue and activation targets.
Assists with managing and executing account plans to ensure Microsoft and partner sales goals are on target. Holds self and partner accountable for executing on plans.
Assists with forecasting for products and/or partner accounts to examine account trends, monitor progress, monitor quality, and identify opportunities for growth.
Works with internal stakeholders and partners under guidance of team members to develop joint business plans that generate revenue for the partner and Microsoft. Considers short- and long-term goals.
Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., category, specialist sales, marketing) to support partners. Shares overall business plans with relevant stakeholders.
Build expert level understanding of the partner’s Search contracts.
Manage revenue optimization plan across quality and performance, always in a manner that supports the advertiser experience and marketplace health.
Recommend, champion and advance creative solutions to strengthen partnership.
Partner closely with the TAM(s) to ensure resolution to technical / engineering tickets, issues, and product priorities.
Participate in technical discussions with internal stakeholders and partners on the specifications and assortment of MSA’s products within their scope of responsibility.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key points of contact at the partner, always keeping a balanced view of partner interests and Bing Search and Ads’ priorities
Drive a healthy partnership using the product / initiative roadmap, performance scorecard, and support monitoring.
Represent partner requirements internally for product requests and where appropriate participate in cross-functional product v-teams to ensure requests are reflected in product planning process.
Own and drive holistic partner ROB, working collaboratively with various internal teams who contribute to or are impacted by the ROB in some way.
Participate and play leadership role in Sales and Business leadership meetings and use as a forum to drive discussion, debate and awareness of issues, initiatives and performance of 3P.
Engage appropriate internal teams to monitor capacity utilization.

Required Qualifications
5+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 2+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
Knowledge of online media; partner management / partner monetization experience

Partner Account Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,300 - $146,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $111,700 - $161,700 per year.
