PACE Staffing Network Project Manager (Labeling/Manufacturing) in Redmond, Washington

What You'll be Doing...

  • Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and manage resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage risks, identify obstacles, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Align key stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional interactions with teams such as Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, and Marketing.
  • Develop master labeling plans, manage design reviews, and ensure compliance with established procedures and product specifications.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance labeling project quality and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers to implement updated labeling into production.
  • Manage multiple labeling projects with competing deadlines using project management best practices.

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in regulatory and/or project management
  • Familiarity with design control, change control, and product labeling requirements in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, EN, and EU MDR labeling requirements strongly preferred.
  • Experience launching new or updated products in a medical device, food, or pharmaceutical company is ideal.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with project management tools such as PPM systems, MS Project, or Jira.

Here's the important details:

  • Location: Redmond, WA
  • Contract Length: 12-months
  • Pay Rate: $70-$85 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
