Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Global Accounts Program , focusing on driving customer sustainability and retention for our top 100 global accounts. This program is designed to establish an evergreen process that ensures long-term success and positive outcomes for our customers, with the intention to scale to support an additional 300 customers over time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills, enabling them to serve as a key stakeholder in the execution and success of this critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership : Take full ownership of the Global Accounts Sustainability Program, creating and driving strategic plans that enhance customer retention and long-term success across our top 100 global accounts.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to foster collaboration and alignment, ensuring seamless execution of projects that lead to positive customer outcomes.

  • Evergreen Process Development : Build and continuously improve a scalable, repeatable process to support sustainability initiatives for top global customers, ensuring that each customer’s journey is optimized for growth and success.

  • Customer Focused : Act as a trusted advisor to key customer decision-makers, ensuring we meet their sustainability goals while driving positive business outcomesand improving customer retention.

  • Project Management : Oversee specific projects related to the program, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time, while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

  • Cross-Functional Team Management : Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple functional areas, ensuring all resources are aligned and working towards the same goal, whilemitigating risks and removing obstacles.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data insights to monitor and track program performance, ensuring that all initiatives are delivering the expected results and ROI.

  • Scalability & Growth : As the program scales, continue to evolve strategies to support 300 additional global accounts, ensuring the process remains effective and efficient.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, global programs, especially in customer success or sustainability.

  • Strong track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives while consistently exceeding customer expectations and retention targets.

  • Expertise in program and project management, including managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across various stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.

  • Experience managing rapid change, leading teams to adopt new technologies and process improvements effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and align teams toward a common goal.

  • Experience managing concurrent projects across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

  • A deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to implement omnichannel solutions to enhance the customer experience.

  • A passion for efficiency, with a proven ability to reduce technical debt while driving results and process improvement.

Desired Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or customer success, preferably with experience in large-scale, global initiatives.

  • Experience working with global Fortune 500 companies or leading telecom firms.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience with creating strategies and roadmaps that foster exceptional customer outcomes and reduce technical debt.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, omnichannel solutions, and customer retention strategies is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation Range

$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
