Shire Account Lead - Madrid and Castilla la Mancha in Remote, Spain

The territory this role will cover includes: Half of Madrid, Cuenca, Ciudad Real, Albacete and Gudalajara

You will be expected to hold demonstrable experience in Hospital Sales, working in a relevant are specialization.

Responsibilities

Manages account and catchment area through business planning and considering ROI versus cost of resource and people deployment

Analyzes competitor and ecosystem activities and identifies opportunities & challenges Develop - in collaboration with the account team - robust factbased & efficient account and patient finding plans leveraging best practices, and execute efficiently against them

Manage the account activities, including driving organsiation of P2P meetings and roundtables

Be fully accountable for the performance of the account

Coordinate and promote collaboration across functions

Collaborate with the cross-functional team Lead the cross-functional account team without authority

Act as the point of contact for all account-related matters Lead a team of patient-finders (when applicable)

Identify KOL potential, and work on their development - in collaboration with the Medical team Build & maintain strong compliant & mutually beneficial relationships with KOLs/prescribers

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, or healthcare preferred .

5 + years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Essential - demonstrated significant, individual pharmaceutical product promotion success, proven track record of Experience in a hospital environment.

Experience in account management or strong evidence of account lead competences.

Demonstrated ability to analyze selling data and to develop strategic and actionable key account plans.

Intermediate IT skills.
